Because active addiction creates such a huge disconnect from each other, a disconnect from God, and a disconnect from our inner true selves. New Life House Review values all forms of feedback, including making sure our staff know when they’ve done a great job. If you want to say thank you, or offer other suggestions for improvement, please click below. New Life House Review has a grievance procedure in place to make sure that clients and/or constituents have a way to formally log a complaint or concern, be heard, and find solutions. Individuals have the right to use the grievance procedure if they believe that any policy has been unfairly applied or if they and their family have been mistreated by any New Life House Review personnel. Executive Director Neil Campbell from the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse shares her perspective on CaringWorks programs.
